PROGRAMS:

  • Residential Home Builder:  The home is purchased from a residential home builder.
  • Contractor:  For Borrowers who either own or purchase land from a general contractor who then proceed to build the property on their behalf (more than 50% of the cost to build is done by a single contractor or sub-contractors).
  • Self-build:  For Borrowers who either own or purchase land and act as their own general contractor by hiring qualified and licensed sub-trades to build. If the applicant is a qualified trades person, the applicant may complete all work for which he is qualified to conduct, the value of the work must not exceed the applicant's cash down payment.
